Very expected game in Changwon where 8th rankedSakers (3-8) were defeated by first ranked Knights (10-2) 78-73 on Wednesday. The best player for the winners was American center Jameel Warney (203-1994, college: Stony Brook) who had a double-double by scoring 26 points and 10 rebounds. The former international guard Jaehyun Oh (185-1999) chipped in 18 points and 4 assists. American power forward Darryl Monroe (202-1986, college: GMU) produced a double-double by scoring 15 points, 18 rebounds and 6 assists and the former international guard Kung-Min Doo (184-1991) added 14 points, 5 rebounds and 8 assists respectively for the hosts. Four LG Sakers players scored in double figures. Both coaches allowed to play bench players in such tough game. The victory was the sixth consecutive win for Knights . Seoul Knights maintains first place with 10-2 record. LG Sakers lost their eighth game in a row. They dropped to the ninth position with eight games lost.
